It is equipped with white soft light and red light to easily aim and identify the code on screen or on paper even in poorly lit environments, contaminated, wrinkled or distorted. In addition to the indicator light and buzzer, vibration is added to offer feedback on code scanning. The scanner survives a 1.2m drop test and has a trigger which can withstand three million presses. When a scanner is put into its base, it automatically switches to continuous mode for hand-free barcode scanning.
